"We are thankful to God for leading us to Azalea Park for our mother. For the past 4 years, age 95 to 99, mom has enjoyed the pleasure of her own apartment and space. She has, until recently, been able to participate in dining with friends and chosen amenities such as daily exercise class. One of the beauties of Azalea Park, aside from the beautiful grounds and well kept building, are the myriad of activities provided on a daily basis with additional family friendly events planned for special occasions. There are also gathering spaces families can enjoy together with their loved one."

"I was looking for the perfect place for my mom and this place offers everything. It is an independent living facility, with a PLUS! In other words, you can still get assistance with all daily living activities without going to a nursing home or assisted living facility. My 89 year old mother has a beautiful view and is very happy there! She loves her caregiver that assist her with all activities of daily living!"

The dining room staff works so hard and always do whatever we can to make our experience the best! The housekeepers do a great job cleaning our rooms!
